பன்னோக்கு முகமை மையம் (Multi-Agency Centre (MAC) இந்தியாவின் டிசம்பர் 2011ல் நிறுவப்பட்டது.[1]கார்கிலில் பாகிஸ்தான் ஊடுருவலுக்குப் கார்கில் ஆய்வுக் குழுவின் பரிந்துரையின் படி, பன்னோக்கு புலனாய்வு முகமை மையம் நிறுவப்பட்டது.[2][3][4]இது உள்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படுகிறது.

புது தில்லியில் பன்னோக்கு முகமை மையம் நிறுவுவதற்கு இந்திய உளவுத்துறைக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்கப்பட்டது. உளவு மற்றும் புலனாய்வுச் செய்திகளை மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகளின் உளவு & புலனாய்வு அமைப்புகளுக்கிடையே பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதற்கு பன்னோக்கு முகமை மையம் திறம்பட செயல்படுகிறது.[5][6][7] The state offices have been designated as subsidiary MACs (SMACs).[5] 2014ம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியா முழுவதும் பன்னோக்கு முகமை மையத்தின் 374 தளங்கள் செயல்படுகிறது.[8] 2022 இராணுவப் புலனாய்வு முகமை மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பகுப்பாய்வு அமைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட 28 இந்திய புலனாய்வு அமைப்புகளுக்கு, பன்னோக்கு முகமை மையம் அதிக அளவில் உளவு & புலனாய்வுச் செய்திகளை பகிர்ந்துள்ளது.[9]
