திலீப் கோசு (Dilip Ghosh)(பிறப்பு: ஆகஸ்ட் 1, 1964) மேற்கு வங்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்த இந்திய அரசியல்வாதி ஆவார். இவர் இந்திய மக்களவையில் உள்ள மதினிபூர் தொகுதியைப் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் தற்போதைய நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினராக உள்ளார். இவர், தற்போது பாரதீய ஜனதா கட்சியின் மேற்கு வங்க தலைவராகவும் உள்ளார்.

தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை[தொகு]

கோஷ் பெங்காலி சடகோப் சமூகத்தினைச் சார்ந்த கோசு மேற்கு வங்காளத்தில் பாசிம் மேதினிபூர் மாவட்டத்தில், கோபிபால்லவபூர் அருகில் உள்ள குலினா கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார். போலனாத் கோசு புட்பலதா கோசு தம்பதியரின் நான்கு மகன்களில் இரண்டாவது மகனாகக் கோசு பிறந்தார்.

கோசு பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய பகுதியான ஜங்கிள் மஹால் பகுதியினைச் சார்ந்தவர்.[3] மேலும் இவர் பெங்காலி இந்துக்களிடையே பின்தங்கிய சாதியான பெங்காலி சாட்கோப் சாதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்.[4][5]

தனது இடைநிலைப் பள்ளிப்படிப்பை முடித்ததும் ஜார்கிராமில் உள்ள ஒரு பாலிடெக்னிக் கல்லூரியில் பொறியியல் பட்டையப் படிப்பினை முடித்துள்ளார். இந்தியத் தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்ட இத்தகவல் கல்கத்தா உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்கு தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டது. தனி நபரின் கல்வித் தகுதி தொடர்பாக பொது நலன் வழக்கு தொடர இயலாது என்ற அடிப்படையில் இந்த வழக்கு தள்ளுப்படி செய்யப்பட்டது.[6] இந்தப் பகுதியில் உள்ள ஒரேயொரு பல்தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனம் - ஈஷ்வர் சந்திர வித்யாசாகர் பாலிடெக்னிக். கோசு 1975 மற்றும் 1990க்கு இடையில் கல்லூரியில் பட்டயபடிப்பில் தேர்ச்சி பெறவில்லை என்று கூறுகிறார்.[7][8][9]

கொரோனா வைரஸ்[தொகு]

மார்ச் 2020 அன்று, இவர் மாட்டுச் சிறுநீர் குடிப்பதில் எந்தத் தீங்கும் இல்லை என்றும், இதை இவர் உட்கொள்வதை ஒப்புக்கொள்வதில் எந்தவிதமான மனநிலையும் இல்லை என்றும் கூறினார். பசு சிறுநீரை உட்கொள்வது கொரோனா தீநுண்மி குணப்படுத்தும் என்ற கூற்று ஆளும் திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரஸிலிருந்து கடுமையான விமர்சனத்தை ஈர்த்தது.[10][11] செப்டம்பர் 2020 இல், கொரோனா வைரஸ் தொற்று முடிவுக்கு வந்ததாக திலீப் கோசு அறிவித்தார். மேலும் பாஜக கட்சி பொதுக் கூட்டங்களையும் பேரணியினையும் நடத்துவதைத் தடுக்க முதலமைச்சர் மம்தா பானர்ஜி மாநிலத்திற்கு ஊரடங்கு விதித்தார் என்றார்.[12] மேற்கு வங்கத்தை கோவிட் இல்லாத மாநிலமாகக் கூறிய ஒரு மாதத்தில் கோசு கொரோனா வைரசு பாதிப்பிற்கு உள்ளாகி அக்டோபர் 16, 2020 அன்று தனியார் மருத்துவமனையில் ஒன்றில் சிகிச்சைக்காக அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார்.[13]

பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல் வழக்கு[தொகு]

ஜனவரி 2020 அன்று, இந்தியக் குடியுரிமை (திருத்தம்) சட்டம் (CAA) எதிர்ப்பு சுவரொட்டியை ஏந்திய பெண் இவரது கட்சிக்காரரால் தாக்கப்பட்டார். பின்னர் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் பேசும் போது, கோசு அந்தப் பெண் தாக்கப்பட்டதை நியாயப்படுத்தினார், "எங்கள் ஆண்கள் சரியானதைச் செய்தார்கள். அவள் அவளுடைய ராசிக்கு நன்றி சொல்ல வேண்டும், அவள் தாக்கப்பட்டார் வேறு எதுவும் அவளுக்குச் செய்யப்படவில்லை ".[14][15][16] எனக் கோசு கூறியதால் கோசு மீது பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல் வழக்கை காவல்துறையினர் பதிவு செய்தனர்.[17]

அரசியல் வாழ்க்கை[தொகு]

ஆரம்பகால அரசியல் வாழ்க்கை[தொகு]

கோசு தனது அரசியல் பயணத்தை 1984இல் ஆர்.எஸ்.எஸ்ஸின் "பிரச்சாரம்" என்று தொடங்கினார். இவர் 1999 முதல் 2007 வரை அந்தமான் மற்றும் நிக்கோபார் தீவுகளில் ஆர்.எஸ்.எஸ்ஸின் பொறுப்பாளராக இருந்தார். மேலும் முன்னாள் ஆர்.எஸ்.எஸ் தலைவர் கே.எஸ்.சுதர்சனின் உதவியாளராக பணியாற்றினார். 2014ஆம் ஆண்டில், கோசு பாஜகவில் சேர்ந்தார்.[18] பின்னர் மேற்கு வங்க மாநில பொதுச் செயலாளராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். 2015ல் கோசு பாஜகவின் மேற்கு வங்க மாநிலத் தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.[19]

முதன் முறையாக மேற்கு வங்க சட்டமன்றத்திற்குக் கோசு 2016இல் பாசிம் மெடினிபூர் மாவட்டத்தின் காரக்பூர் சதர் தொகுதியில் போட்டியிட்டு தனது போட்டியாளரான இந்தியத் தேசிய காங்கிரஸ் வேட்பாளரான கியான் சிங் சோஹன்பாலை தோற்கடித்து வெற்றி பெற்றார். காங்கிரசின் கியான் சிங் சோஹன்பால் 1982 முதல் 2011 வரை தொடர்ச்சியாக ஏழு முறை கரக்பூர் சதர் சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதியில் வென்றிருந்தார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.[20]

செப்டம்பர் 2016இல், கோசு மேற்கு வங்கத்தில் இந்துக்கள் மீதான "அடக்குமுறை" மற்றும் வங்களாதேசத்திலிருந்து முஸ்லிம்களின் ஊடுருவலை முன்னிலைப்படுத்தி, பாஜக நிதியுதவியின் கீழ் ஏழு நாள் பயணமாக அமெரிக்காவிற்குச் சென்றார். இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி மற்றும் ஹுக்கும் சிங் உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர் .[21]

இவரது தலைமையில், மேற்கு வங்கத்தில் 2019 மக்களவைத் தேர்தலில், பாரதீய ஜனதா கட்சி, எந்தவொரு பெரிய அரசியல் கூட்டணியும் இல்லாமல், மேற்கு வங்காளத்தின் 18 மக்களவை இடங்களை 40.25% வாக்குகளுடன் வென்றது.[22] கோசு 2019 தேர்தலில் மதினிபூர் மக்களவைத் தொகுதியில் 88,952 வாக்குகள் வித்தியாசத்திலும், திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரஸ் வேட்பாளர் மனஸ் புனியாவை தோற்கடித்து 48.62% வாக்குகள் வித்தியாசத்திலும் வெற்றி பெற்றார்.[23] ஆகஸ்ட் 2019இல், கோசு இந்தியக் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ராம் நாத் கோவிந்துடன் ஆப்பிரிக்க நாடுகளான பெனின், காம்பியா மற்றும் கினியா ஆகிய நாடுகளுக்கு அலுவல்பூர்வ இந்தியத் தூதுக்குழுவின் ஒரு பகுதியாக ஏழு நாள் சென்றுவந்தார்.[24]

தனது உரையில் "சில புத்திஜீவிகள்" சாலைகளில் மாட்டிறைச்சி உண்பதை விமர்சித்து, அவர்கள் தங்கள் வீடுகளில் 'நாய் இறைச்சியை' உட்கொள்ளும்படி பேசினார்.[25][26] இவர் சாய் பெ சார்ச்சா என்ற அரசியல் பிரச்சாரத்தைத் தொடங்கி, மக்களுடன் தேநீர் அருந்திக்கொண்டு பேசினார். இதுபோன்ற ஒரு பிரச்சாரத்தின் போது 2019 ஆகஸ்ட் 30 அன்று கொல்கத்தாவின் லேக் டவுண் பகுதியில் அகில இந்திய திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரசு தொண்டர்களால் தாக்கப்பட்டார்.[27] மீண்டும் 2020 ஜனவரியில் திலீப் கோசு மேற்கு வங்க பாஜக தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.[28] மேற்கு வங்கம் திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரசின் நிர்வாகத்தின் கீழ் தேச விரோத நடவடிக்கைகளின் மையமாக மாறியுள்ளது என்று குற்றம் சாட்டினார்.[29][30] ஜனவரி 30 அன்று, ஒரு அரசியல் பேரணியில் உரையாற்றும் போது, "நீங்கள் சிறைக்குச் செல்லாவிட்டால், நீங்கள் ஒரு அரசியல் தலைவராக இருக்க முடியாது" என்று கருத்து தெரிவித்தார்.[31][32]

தனது பேரணியில், இந்தியக் குடியுரிமை (திருத்தம்) சட்டத்திற்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிப்பவர்களை 'பிசாசுகள்' மற்றும் 'ஒட்டுண்ணிகள்' என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.[33] கொல்கத்தா பத்திரிக்கை சங்கம் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சியில், ஷாஹீன் பாக் போராட்டங்களில் யாரும் ஏன் நோய்வாய்ப்படவில்லை அல்லது இறக்கவில்லை என்ற கேள்வியினை எழுப்பினார்.[34][35] பிப்ரவரி 16, 2020 அன்று, குடியுரிமைத் திருத்தச் சட்ட எதிர்ப்பாளர்களின் ஈர்ப்பில் "சில படிக்காத, தெரியாத, ஏழை மக்கள் பணத்தால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர், மேலும் போராட்டங்களைத் தொடர வெளிநாட்டு நிதிகளுடன் பிரியாணிக்கு உணவளிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்" என்றார்.[36]

வரவேற்பு[தொகு]

இவர் நதியாவில் பேரணியில் உரையாற்றிக் கொண்டிருந்த அவ்வழியில் நோயாளியினை.[37][38] ஏற்றிக்கொண்டு அவசரக்கால ஊர்தி செல்ல முயலவில்லை என விமர்சனங்கள் எழுந்தன.[39][40] ஆனால் பேரணியைச் சீர்குலைக்க அகில இந்திய திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரசு இதனை வேண்டுமென்றே செய்து வருவதாகக் கூறினார்.

சர்ச்சைக்குரிய அறிக்கைகள்[தொகு]

திலீப் கோசு பல அரசியல் பேரணிகளில் சர்ச்சைக்குரிய கருத்துக்களால் நபர்களை விமர்சிப்பது,[41][42][43] அரசியல் எதிரிகள் மீதான வன்முறைக்கு அழைப்பு,[44][45][46] எதிர்ப்பாளர்கள் [47][48][49][50] மற்றும் சிக்கலை உருவாக்குகிறது.[51][52]

மே 2016இல், ஜாதவ்பூர் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவிகள் குறித்து கூரிய கருத்துக்கள் சர்ச்சையை எழுப்பியது.[41][42][43] ஆகஸ்ட் 2019இல், திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரஸ் தொண்டர்களின் குடும்பங்கள் அழிக்கப்படும் என்று தெரிவித்தார்.[44][45][46] செப்டம்பர் 2019இல், ஜாதவ்பூர் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்களை "தேசவிரோதிகள்" மற்றும் "பயங்கரவாதிகள்" என்று அழைத்தார். "கம்யூனிஸ்ட்டுகளை விரட்ட" ஜாதவ்பூர் பல்கலைக்கழக வளாகத்தில் "பாலகோட் போன்ற தாக்குதலை" நடத்தவேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தினார்.[47][49][50] நவம்பர் 2019இல், வெளிநாட்டு மாடுகள் அத்தைகள், இந்திய மாடுகள் தங்கத்தை உற்பத்தி செய்கின்றன என்று கூறிய இவரது கருத்து மீண்டும் சர்ச்சையைக் கிளப்பியது. "இந்திய மாடுகளின் சிறப்பியல்புகள் என்னவென்றால், அதன் பாலில் தங்கம் உள்ளது, அதனால்தான் இந்திய மாடுகள் தரும் பால் ஓரளவிற்கு மஞ்சள் நிறத்தில் இருக்கும். "இந்திய மாடுகளுக்கு திமில் உள்ளது. ஆனால் வெளிநாட்டு மாடுகளுக்கு திமில் இல்லை" என்று கோபா அசுதமி காரியக்ரம் மற்றும் வர்த்தமானில் காவிகல்யன் சமிதி ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் உரையாற்றியபோது இவர் கூறினார்.[53][54][55] இந்தியக் குடியுரிமை (திருத்தம்) சட்ட எதிர்ப்பாளர்களை 'பிசாசுகள்' மற்றும் 'ஒட்டுண்ணிகள்' என்று சர்ச்சையைத் தூண்டினார்.[56][57][58][59] ஜனவரி 30, 2020 அன்று, "நீங்கள் சிறைக்குச் சென்றாலொழிய, நீங்கள் ஒரு அரசியல் தலைவராக இருக்க முடியாது" என்று கூறி தனது கருத்துடன் மற்றொரு சர்ச்சையை எதிர்கொண்டார்.[31][32]
