ஓல்டுஆம் இலை ஆமை (Oldham's leaf turtle)(சைக்கிள்மைசு ஓல்டுகாமி) என்பது ஜியோமிடிடே குடும்பத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு ஆமை சிற்றினம் ஆகும்.
சொற்பிறப்பியல்[தொகு]
ஓல்டுஆம் இலை ஆமையின் சிற்றினப் பெயரான, ஓல்டுகாமி மற்றும் பொதுவான பெயர், ஓல்டு ஆம் இலை ஆமை, இந்தியப் புவியியல் ஆய்வகத்தின் கண்காணிப்பாளரான தோமசு ஓல்டு ஆமின் நினைவாக இடப்பட்டுள்ளது.[5] சைக்கிள்மைசு என்ற பொதுவான பெயர் கிரேக்க κύκλος (kyklos, அதாவது 'சுற்று' அல்லது 'வட்டம்', தலையோட்டின் வடிவத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது. மற்றும் εμύς (emys; 'நன்னீர் ஆமை' என்பதிலிருந்து வந்தது.[6]
புவியியல் வரம்பு[தொகு]
சை. ஓல்ட்காமி வங்காளதேசம், மிசோரமின் தெராய், மியான்மர், தாய்லாந்து, வியட்நாம், மேற்கு போர்னியோ, சுமத்ரா மற்றும் சாவகம் தீவில் காணப்படுகிறது. மேலும், சைக்கிள்மைசு ஓல்டுகாமி சானென்சிசு சில நேரங்களில் இதன் ஓடு வடிவத்தின் காரணமாக ஒரு தனித்துவமான இனமாகக் கருதப்படுகிறது. மத்திய மியான்மரில் இருந்து தாய்லாந்து மற்றும் கம்போடியா வரை இது நிகழ்கிறது.[7]
