இந்தியாவில் கோவிட்-19 தொற்றுநோயைத் தொடர்ந்து, பிரதமரின் குடிமக்கள் உதவி மற்றும் அவசரகால சூழ்நிலைகளில் நிவாரணம் (PM CARES Fund) 28 மார்ச் 2020 அன்று உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. கொரோனா வைரசுத் தொற்று நோய் மற்றும் எதிர்காலத்தில் ஏற்படும் இது போன்ற தொற்றுநோய்களை கட்டுப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் நிவாரண உதவிகளுக்கு இந்த நிதி பயன்படுத்தப்படும். அறக்கட்டளையின் தலைவர் பிரதமர், உறுப்பினர்கள்: உள்துறை, பாதுகாப்புத்துறை மற்றும் நிதி அமைச்சர்கள். பிரதமர் கவனிப்பு நிதிக்கு சிறிய அளவிலான நன்கொடைகளும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும, குறைந்தபட்ச நன்கொடை ₹10 (13¢ US) ஆகும். [4] நன்கொடைகளுக்கு வரி விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. [5] இந்த நிதியானது பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சிகளுக்கும் பயன்படுத்தப்படும். [6]

பிரதமர் கவனிப்பு நிதி என்பது பிரதமரின் தேசிய நிவாரண நிதியில் (PMNRF) இருந்து வேறுபட்டது.
