ஒப்பேரா நடவடிக்கை (Operation Opera, எபிரேயம்: מִבְצָע אוֹפֵּרָה)[1] அல்லது பாபிலோன் நடவடிக்கை[2] என்பது ஈராக் நாட்டின் மீது இசுரேல் 7 சூன் 1981 அன்று நடத்திய எதிர்பாராத வான் தாக்குதல் நடவடிக்கையாகும். இத்தாக்குதல் மூலம் ஈராக்கின் பாக்தாத் நகருக்குத் தென்கிழக்கில் 17 கி.மி. (10.5 மைல்) தூரத்தில் அமைந்திருந்த, கட்டுமானம் நிறைவேறாதிருந்த அணுக்கரு உலை அழிக்கப்பட்டது.[3][4][5]
பிரான்சிடமிருந்து ஒசைரிஸ் வகுப்பு அணுக்கரு உலையினை ஈராக் 1976-ஆம் ஆண்டு வாங்கியது.[6][7] ஒசிரக் என்று பிரான்சால் பெயரிடப்பட்ட அணு உலையின் நோக்கம் அமைதியான அறிவியல் ஆய்வையே நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது என்று பிரான்சும் ஈராக்கும் உரைத்தன.[8] இருப்பினும், இசுரேல் அதனைச் சந்தேகத்துடன் நோக்கி, அது அணு ஆயுதங்கள் உருவாக்க வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டதாகவும், அதன் மூலம் அரபு-இசுரேல் முரண்பாடு அதிகமாகக்கூடும் என்றும் கருதியது.[3] எனவே, 7 சூன் 1981 அன்று இசுரேலிய விமானப்படையின் ஆறு எப்-15A விமானங்களின் பாதுகாப்புடன், எட்டு எப்-16 தாக்குதல் விமானங்கள் குண்டுத் தாக்குதல் நடத்தி, ஒசிரக் அணுக்கரு உலையினைப் பாரிய அழிவுக்குட்படுத்தின.[9] இசுரேல் தற்பாதுகாப்பிற்காக அதனைச் செய்ததாகவும், ஒரு மாதத்திற்கும் குறைந்த காலத்தில் அது ஆபத்தாக மாறிவிடும் வாய்ப்பிருந்ததாகவும் கூறியது.[10] பத்து ஈராக்கியப் படையினரும் ஒரு பிரான்சியக் குடிமகனும் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்.[11]
ஈராக்கின் ஒசிராக் அணு உலையின் அழிவு பன்னாட்டு சட்டத்தின் நிகழ்கால அறிஞர்களால் ஒரு முன்தடுப்புமுறைத் தாக்குதலுக்கான ஒரு எடுத்துக்காட்டாகச் சுட்டப்படுகிறது.[12] ஈராக்கை அணுவாற்றல் திறன் கொள்ளும் நிலையின் விளிம்பிலிருந்து பின்னிழுத்த வகையிலும், ஈராக்கின் போர்க்கருவிகள் திட்டத்தை மறைவாக நிகழ்த்துமாறு செயத வகையிலும், எதிர்காலத்தில் அணு ஆயுதங்களைக் கைகொள்ளும் சதாம் உசைனின் குறிக்கோளை உறுதிப்படுத்திய வகையிலும், இத்தாக்குதலின் செயல்வன்மை வரலாற்றாசிரியர்களால் விவாதிக்கப்படுகிறது.[13]
