ரோசிகா சுவிம்மர் ( Rosika Schwimmer ) 11 செப்டம்பர் 1877 - 3 ஆகஸ்ட் 1948) அங்கேரியில் பிறந்த அமைதிவாதியும், பெண்ணியவாதியும், உலக கூட்டாட்சிவாதியும், பெண்கள் வாக்குரிமையாளரும் ஆவார். அமெரிக்காவின் லோலா மேவரிக் லாய்டுடன் இணைந்து உலக அரசாங்கத்திற்கான பிரச்சாரத்தை நிறுவினார். [3] உலக அமைதிக்கான இவரது தீவிரமான பார்வை, 20 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் முதல் கூட்டாட்சி அமைப்பான உலக கூட்டமைப்பு இயக்கத்தை உருவாக்க வழிவகுத்தது. முதலில் கற்பனை செய்து அறுபது ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, இவர் உருவாக்க உதவிய இயக்கம் தனிநபர்கள் மீது போர்க்குற்றங்கள் சுமத்துவதற்கான முதல் நிரந்தர சர்வதேச நீதிமன்றம், மனிதகுலத்திற்கு எதிரான குற்றங்கள் மற்றும் இனப்படுகொலைகான அனைத்துலக குற்றவியல் நீதிமன்றத்தை உருவாக்குவதில் ஒரு முக்கிய பங்கைக் கொண்டிருந்தது.[4][5][6]
ஆரம்ப வரலாறு
[தொகு]சுவிம்மர் 1877 இல் புடாபெஸ்டில் ஒரு யூத குடும்பத்தில் பிறந்தார்.[7][3][8] 1891 இல் பொதுப் பள்ளியில் பட்டம் பெற்றார். ஒரு திறமையான மொழியியலாளரான இவர் எட்டு மொழிகளைப் பேசினார் அல்லது படித்தார். தனது ஆரம்பகால வாழ்க்கையில், ஒரு வேலையைக் கண்டுபிடிப்பதில் சிரமம் இருந்தது. மேலும் அந்த அனுபவத்தால் பெண்களின் வேலைப் பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து உணர்ந்தார். பணிபுரியும் பெண்களைப் பற்றிய புள்ளிவிவரங்களை வழங்குவதற்காக தரவுகளை சேகரித்து, சர்வதேச பெண்கள் வாக்குரிமை இயக்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களுடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டார். மேலும் அதற்காக 1904 வாக்கில் போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டார். அங்கேரியில் முதல் தேசிய பெண்கள் தொழிலாளர் குடை அமைப்பையும் அங்கேரிய பெண்ணிய சங்கத்தையும் இணைந்து நிறுவினார். 1913 இல் புடாபெஸ்டில் நடத்தப்பட்ட சர்வதேச பெண் வாக்குரிமைக் கூட்டணியின் ஏழாவது மாநாட்டை ஏற்பாடு செய்வதிலும் உதவினார்.
அடுத்த ஆண்டு, இலண்டனில் உள்ள சர்வதேச பெண் வாக்குரிமைக் கூட்டணியின் செய்திச் செயலாளராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். முதலாம் உலகப் போர் ஆரம்பித்தபோது, இவர் ஒரு எதிரி என்று முத்திரை குத்தப்பட்டு, ஐரோப்பாவை விட்டு வெளியேற்றப்பட்டார். பின்னர், அமெரிக்காவிற்குச் சென்றார், அங்கு அவர் வாக்குரிமை மற்றும் சமாதானம் பற்றி பேசினார். பெண் அமைதிக் கட்சி மற்றும் அமைதி மற்றும் சுதந்திரத்திற்கான மகளிர் சர்வதேச அமைப்பின் நிறுவனர்களில் ஒருவராக இருந்தார்.
இறப்பு
[தொகு]நிமோனியாவால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ரோசிகா சுவிம்மர் 1948 ஆகஸ்ட் 3 அன்று நியூயார்க் நகரில் இறந்தார். [9][3] அடுத்த நாள் பெர்ன்க்ளிஃப் கல்லறையில் அடக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டார்.[10] முதலாம் உலகப் போருக்கு முந்தைய காலத்தில் அங்கேரிய பெண்களுக்கான முதன்மைப் பேச்சாளர்களில் ஒருவராகவும், அங்கேரிய வாக்குரிமை இயக்கத்தின் இணை நிறுவனராகவும் அவர் நினைவுகூரப்படுகிறார்.
