காதிம் இந்தியா நிறுவனம், காதிம்ச என்பது இந்தியக் காலணி வணிக நிறுவனம் ஆகும். இது கொல்கத்தாவினை தலைமையிடமாகக் கொண்டது. இது முதன்மையாக இந்தியாவின் கிழக்கு மற்றும் தெற்கு பகுதிகளில், காலணி பொருட்கள் மற்றும் பாகங்கள் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் சில்லறை விற்பனையில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளது.
1965-ல் சத்திய பிரசாத் ராய் பர்மனால் கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட இந்நிறுவனம் கொல்கத்தாவின் சித்பூரில் உள்ள ஒரு காலணி கடையான கே. எம். காதிம் & நிறுவனத்தால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. காதிம் 1983ல் இணைக்கப்பட்டு 1993 வரை கொல்கத்தாவில் முதல் தனது முதல் சில்லறை விற்பனைக் கடையைத் திறக்கும் வரை மொத்த வணிகத்தினை மேற்கொண்டது. 2000ஆம் ஆண்டில் தென்னிந்தியாவில் தனது முதல் கடையைத் திறப்பதற்கு முன், இந்நிறுவனம் கிழக்கு மற்றும் வடகிழக்கு இந்தியாவில் தனது செயல்பாடுகளை விரிவுபடுத்தியது.[3][4][5] 2017-ல் இந்நிறுவனம் 853 சில்லறை விற்பனைக் கடைகளைக் கொண்டிருந்தது.[6] மேலும் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள கடைகளின் எண்ணிக்கையின் அடிப்படையில் காலணி நிறுவனங்களின் பட்டியலில் இரண்டாவது இடத்தைப் பிடித்தது.[7] இது கொல்கத்தாவிலும் கான்பூரிலும் காலணி உற்பத்தி நிலையங்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.[6]
2019ஆம் ஆண்டில், காதிம் வங்கதேசத்தில் காதிம் காலணி வங்கதேசம் நிறுவனம் என்ற பெயரில் துணை நிறுவனத்தை நிறுவியது.[8]
2022ஆம் ஆண்டில், காதிம் இந்தியா நிறுவனம், சர்துல் தாகூரை விளம்பர தூதராக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டது.
