மோனோ ஆலோமீத்தேன்கள் (Monohalomethanes) என்பவை கரிம சேர்மங்களின் ஒரு வகையாகும். இச்சேர்மங்களில் மீத்தேனில் உள்ள ஓர் ஐதரசன் அணுவானது ஓர் ஆலசனால் மாற்றப்படுகிறது. இவை ஆலோ ஆல்கேன்கள் என்ற குழுவிலோ அல்லது ஆலோமீத்தேன்கள் என்ற துணைக்குழுவிலோ சேர்ந்த சேர்மங்களாகும்.
புளோரோமீத்தேன், குளோரோமீத்தேன், புரோமோமீத்தேன் மற்றும் அயோடோமீத்தேன் ஆகிய நான்கு சேர்மங்களும் இக்குழுவிலுள்ள உறுப்பினர்களாகும்.
