பூமின் ககான்[2] (Bumin Qaghan) (இறப்பு பொ. ஊ. 552) என்பவர் துருக்கிய ககானரசை நிறுவியவர் ஆவார். அசீனா தூவூவின் மூத்த மகன் இவர் ஆவார்.[3] உரூரன் ககானரசின் இறையாண்மையுள்ள ஆட்சியின் கீழ் துருக்கியர்களின் பழங்குடியின தலைவராக இவர் திகழ்ந்தார்.[4][5][6][7] உரூரன் ககானரசின் தியூமன் (10,000 பேரின் தளபதி[8]) என்றும் இவர் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளார்.[9]
