புணர்வளைத் தடுப்பு
புணர்வளைத் தடிப்பு (Clitellum) என்பது மண்புழுக்கள் மற்றும் அட்டைப்புழுக்களின் தலைப்பகுதிக்கு அருகேயுள்ள உடல் பகுதியில் கண்டங்கள் அற்ற ஓா் தடிமனான சுரப்பிப் பகுதியாகும். இப்பகுதியில் முட்டைகளை சேமிப்பதற்கான பிசுபிசுப்புத் திரவத்தைச் சுரக்கிறது.[1]
புணர்வளைத் தடிப்பு உடலின் ஆரம்பத்திலிருந்து (14, 15 மற்றும் 16 வது கண்டங்களில்) 2 செ.மீ. (0.79 அங்குலம்) அளவில் அமைந்துள்ளது.[2] இதன் முக்கிய செயல்பாடு புழு முட்டைகளை சேமிப்பதாகும்.[3]
புணர்வளைத் தடிப்பு கிளைடெல்டா எனப்படும் வளைதசைப் புழுக்களின் இனப்பெருக்க அமைப்பின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும்.[4] இது வளைத்தசைப் புழுக்களின் துணைத் தாெகுதிகளான பல்சுனைப் புழுக்கள் (உ.ம். மண்புழுக்கள்) மற்றும் ஹிரூடினைன்சு (அட்டை) ஆகியவற்றில் காணப்படும். புணர்வளைத் தடிப்பு மேற்புறத்தோலில் காணப்படும் ஒரு தடிப்பான பகுதியாகும். இப்பகுதியில் நிறமிகள் மங்கிக் காணப்படும். முட்டைகளைப் பாதுகாக்கும் கூட்டை உருவாக்க காேழைத்திரவத்தை இது சுரக்கிறது. சில வளைத்தசைப்புழுக்களில் இந்த உறுப்பு பால் இனப்பெருக்கத்திற்குப் பயன்படுகிறது.[1] முதிா்ச்சியடைந்த புழுக்களில் தெளிவாகத் தொியும்[2] புணர்வளைத் தடிப்பினை, இளம் புழுக்களில் கண்டறிவது கடினம். அட்டைப்புழுக்களில், இது குறிப்பிட்ட ஒரு பருவகாலத்தில் மட்டுமே தோன்றுகிறது. இதன் நிறம் வளைத்தசைப்புழுக்களில் உள்ளதை விட சற்றே மங்கிக் காணப்படும். உயிருள்ள கண்டங்கள் சில சமயங்களில் புணர்வளைத் தடிப்புடன் விழுந்துவிடும்.
