துர்கா தீயுல்கர் (Durga Deulkar) என்பவர் ஓர் இந்திய கல்வியாளர் மற்றும் எழுத்தாளர் ஆவார்.[1] அமெரிக்காவின் கார்னெல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் முனைவர் பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ளார். இவர் புது தில்லியிலுள்ள லேடி இர்வின் கல்லூரியின் முன்னாள் இயக்குநரும் ஆவார்.[2] வீட்டு பொருளாதாரத்தை மையமாகக் கொண்டு வீட்டு நெசவு மற்றும் சலவைத் தொழில் வழிகாட்டி[3] , வீட்டு நெசவு மற்றும் சலவைத் தொழில்[4] , இந்தியாவின் அடிப்படை பள்ளிகளில் கற்பிப்பதற்கான அணுகுமுறை[5] போன்ற நூல்களையும் சில கட்டுரைகளையும்[6] எழுதி வெளியிட்டுள்ளார். 1976 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்திய அரசால் வழங்கப்படும் நான்காவது மிக உயர்ந்த இந்தியக் குடிமை விருதான பத்மசிறீ விருதை தீல்கர் பெற்றார்.
