இலுதெச்சு பூண்டு
இலுதெச்சு பூண்டு அல்லது இலுதெச்சு இளஞ்சிவுப்புப் பூண்டு (பிரெஞ்சு: Ail rose de Lautrec, ஆங்கிலம்: Lautrec Pink Garlic[1]) என்பது பூண்டு வகைகளில் ஒன்றாகும். இப்பூண்டு தெற்கு பிரான்சு நாட்டிலுள்ள இலுதெச்சு ஊரின், பாரம்பரிய, தனித்துவமான பூண்டு இனம் ஆகும்.
சிறப்புகள்[தொகு]
- 1966 ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து, இப்பூண்டு பிரான்சு நாட்டு தரச்சான்றிதழ் பட்டியலில் (Label Rouge[2][3]) இடம் பெற்றுள்ளது.[4]
- 1996 ஆம் ஆண்டு சூன் 12 முதல் புவியியல் அடையாளம் பெற்ற சிறப்பையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.[5]
- இப்பூண்டின் மேலுறை (Tunica (biology))[6] இளஞ்சிவப்பாக இருக்கும். பூக்காம்பு தடிமனாக இருப்பதால் பூண்டுகள் கொத்தாக("manouilles") விளையும்.[7] இப்பூண்டுகள் மணம் மிக்கதாக இருக்கும்.
