உப்பிலாங் கொடி அல்லது உப்பிலா கொடி ( Pentatropis capensis) என்பது மாக்னோலியோப்சிட் வகுப்பில் உள்ள தாவர இனமாகும். இது முதலில் கார்ல் வோன் லின்னே டி.ஒய்.யால் விவரிக்கப்பட்டது. இதன் அறிவியல் பெயரானது ஆல்மேன் புல்லக் என்பவரால் வழங்கப்பட்டது. இது அபோசினேசியே குடும்பத்தில், பென்டாட்ரோபிஸ் பேரினத்தைச் சேர்ந்தது.[1][2] இதில் எந்த கிளையினமும் பட்டியலிடப்படவில்லை.[1]
