தாமசு மோகன் (Thomas Mohan) இந்தியாவின் பெங்களுருவைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு வனவிலங்கு புகைப்படக் கலைஞரும் கட்டடப் பொறியாளரும் ஆவார்.[1] [2] 1959 ஆம் ஆண்டு இவர் பிறந்தார். புகைப்படம் எடுப்பதில் உள்ள ஆர்வத்திற்காக உலகம் முழுவதும் பயணம் செய்துள்ளார். [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
தாமசு மோகன் அடிப்படையில் ஒரு கட்டடப் பொறியாளர். இந்தியாவில் பெங்களூரில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்தார். புகைப்படக் குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்த இவர், மிக இளம் வயதிலேயே யாசிகா பாக்சு புகைப்படக் கருவி மூலம் புகைப்படங்கள் எடுக்கத் தொடங்கினார். [8] [9]
நிகான் வகை புகைப்படக் கருவிகளிலும் இவர் நிபுணத்துவம் வாய்ந்தவராகவும் செல்வாக்கு செலுத்துபவராகவும் இருந்தார். பிக்சு4காசு என்ற வனவிலங்கு புகைப்படக் குழு அமைப்பின் இணை நிறுவனராகவும் , புரோ வியூ மற்றும் கானான் குழுமத்தின் நிர்வாக பங்குதாரராகவும் செயல்பட்டார்.[10]
தாமசு மோகன் ஒரு சுயமாக கற்ற வனவிலங்கு புகைப்படக்காரர் ஆவார். இவரது புகைப்படக் கருவிகள் நிக்கான் டி6, டி850, டி4 வகை கருவிகளாகும். இவர் பயன்படுத்திய வில்லைகள் 600 எப்4, 400 எப்2.8, 300 எப்2.8, 70-200 எப்2.8,24-70 எப் 2.8, 14-24 எப்2.8, 105 எப்2.8. [11] [12] [13]
