உத்பால் போரா
உத்பால் போரா (Utpal Borah) என்பவர் அசாமைச் சேர்ந்த பாரதிய ஜனதா கட்சி அரசியல்வாதி ஆவார். இவர் அசாம் சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் 2016 இல் கோபூர் தொகுதியில் இருந்து சட்டமன்னத்துக்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். [1][2][3][4]
