பெரும் பொருளியல் நிலைத் தேக்கம்
பெரும் பொருளியல் நிலைத் தேக்கம் (Great Recession[1][2][3][4] (சில நேரங்களில் குறைந்த தேக்கநிலை,[5] நீள் தேக்கநிலை,[6] என்றும் 2009இன் உலக தேக்கநிலை[7][8]) 2000களின் பத்தாண்டுகளில் ஏற்பட்ட உலகளாவிய பொருளியல் சரிவைக் குறிக்கிறது. இத்தேக்கநிலையின் தாக்கம் தொடர்ந்து பல ஆண்டுகளுக்கு இருந்து வந்துள்ளது.
ஒவ்வொரு நாட்டிலும் இந்த தேக்கநிலை எப்போது துவங்கியது, முடிந்தது என்பதில் பெரும் வேறுபாடுகள் உள்ளன; சில நாடுகள் இத்தேக்கநிலையை உணரவில்லை. சீன மக்கள் குடியரசு, இந்தியா, ஆஸ்திரேலியா, தென் கொரியா, இந்தோனேசியா போன்ற நாடுகள் எவ்வித தேக்கநிலையையும் எதிர்கொள்ளவில்லை. ஐரோப்பாவிலிருந்த பல நாடுகள் முதலாவதிற்கு ஏறத்தாழ மூன்றாண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு இரண்டாவது தேக்கநிலையையும் எதிர்கொண்டன. இந்த இரண்டாவது தேக்கநிலையை ஜெர்மனி, சுவிட்சர்லாந்து, சுவீடன், ஐக்கிய இராச்சியம் போன்ற நாடுகள் எதிர்கொள்ளவில்லை.
இந்தப் பொருளியல் நிலைத் தேக்கம் உலகப் பொருளியல்நிலையில் பெரும் தாக்கமேற்படுத்தியது. இரண்டாம் உலகப் போருக்குப் பிறகான மோசமான உலகளாவிய தேக்கநிலையாக இது அமைந்தது.[9][10] இந்தப் பெரும் சர்வதேச பொருளாதார மந்தநிலையின்போது பல நிதிநெருக்கடிகள் ஏற்பட்டன; இந்த மந்தநிலை ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்காவின் இரண்டாம் நிலை அடமானச் சந்தைச் சிக்கலாலும் 2008-2009 உலகப் பொருளாதார நெருக்கடியாலும் உருவானது. ஐரோப்பிய அரசுகளின் கடன் நெருக்கடி[11] சிக்கன நடவடிக்கைகள், உயர்ந்த குடும்பக் கடன்கள், வணிக சமமின்மை, உயர்ந்தநிலையிலான வேலையின்மை, 2014இல் குறைந்த வளர்ச்சி எதிர்பார்ப்பு[12][13] போன்றவற்றின் தாக்கங்களால் பல நாடுகளில் முழுமையான மீளப் பெறுகைக்கு தடங்கல்கள் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளன.[14][15][16]
