மருத்துவம் அல்லது உடலியங்கியலுக்கான நோபெல் பரிசு (Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine) என்பது வருடத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை வழங்கப்படும் நோபெல் பரிசுகளுள் ஒன்றாகும். ஆல்ஃபிரட் நோபெலால் நிறுவப்பட்ட இப்பரிசு சுவீடனில் உள்ள முக்கிய மருத்துவ மையமான கரோலின்ஸ்கா மையத்தால் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இது மருத்துவத்துறையிலோ உடலியங்கியல் துறையிலோ குறிப்பிடத்தக்க கண்டுபிடிப்பினைச் செய்த ஒருவர் அல்லது பலருக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
