1994 உருது எதிர்ப்புக் கலவரம்
1994 உருது எதிர்ப்புக் கலவரம் (1994 anti-Urdu riots) இந்தியாவின் கர்நாடகா மாநிலம் பெங்களூரில் உள்ள சகசீவன்ராம் நகர் பகுதியில், 1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் மாதத்தில் தொடர்ச்சியான மோதல்களுடன் நடைபெற்ற உருது எதிர்ப்புக் கலவரத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது. இந்தியாவின் தேசிய தொலைக்காட்சி அலைவரிசை நிறுவனமான தூர்தர்சனில் முக்கியமான நேரத்தில் பத்து நிமிட உருது செய்தி ஒளிபரப்பப்பட்டதற்கு எதிரான எதிர்வினையாக இந்தக் கலவரம் கருதப்பட்டது. கர்நாடகாவில் வகுப்புவாதம் அதிகரித்து வந்த நிலையில், சில கன்னட மொழி அமைப்புகளும், பாரதீய சனதா மற்றும் சனதா தளமும், இது முதல்வர் வீரப்ப மொய்லியின் அரசியல் தந்திரம் என்றும் இதனால் இசுலாமியர்களின் அரசியல் ஆதரவு மொய்லிக்கு கிடைத்தது என்றும் கூறின. மொய்லி இதை மறுத்து, ஒளிபரப்பை அவர்கள் வகுப்புவாதமாக்க முயன்றதாகக் கூறி எதிர்த்தார். இந்த கலவரத்தில் 25 பேருக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் உயிரிழந்தனர். சுமார் 150 பேர் காயமடைந்தனர்.[1][2][3][4][5] 2007 ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை பெங்களூரில் நடந்த மத வன்முறையின் கடைசி தீவிர சம்பவமாக இது கருதப்படுகிறது.[6]
