லெப்சா மக்கள் (Lepcha), இந்தியாவின் சிக்கிம் மற்றும் மேற்கு வஙக மாநிலத்தின் டார்ஜிலிங் மாவட்டம், காளிம்பொங் மாவட்டங்களிலும் , நேபாளத்தின் இலாம் மாவட்டம், தாப்லேஜுங் மாவட்டம் மற்றும் பாஞ்சதர் மாவட்டங்களிலும், திபெத் தன்னாட்சிப் பகுதிகளிலும், பூட்டான் நாட்டின் சுக்கா மாவட்டம், பும்தாங் மாவட்டங்களில் 80,316க்கும் அதிகமாக வாழும் திபெத்திய பழங்குடி மக்கள் ஆவார். பூட்டான் நாட்டை தாயகமாகக் கொண்ட லெப்சா மக்கள் பெரும்பான்மையாக திபெத்திய பௌத்தம் மற்றும் கிறித்துவ சமயத்தை பின்பற்றுகின்றனர். இவர்கள் பேசும் மொழி லெப்சா மொழி, சிக்கிமிய மொழி மற்றும் நேபாளி மொழிகள் ஆகும்.
