புணே மாநகராட்சி (Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC, மராத்தி: पुणे महानगरपालिका, Puṇe Mahānagarpālikā) இந்தியாவின் மகாராட்டிரா மாநிலத்தின் புனே பெருநகரத்தின் குடிமைப் பணிகளை மேற்கொள்ளும் மாநகராட்சி ஆகும். தற்போது புணே மாநகராட்சி 331.26 சதுர கிலோ மீட்டர் பரப்பளவும், 3.4 மில்லியன் குடியிருப்பாளர்களையும் கொண்டுள்ளது.[11][12][13] 1949 வரை நகராட்சியாக இருந்த புனே, 15 பிப்ரவரி 1950-இல் மாநகராட்சியாக நிலை உயர்த்தப்பட்டது.[14] புணே மாநகராட்சியின் ஆட்சி மன்றக் குழு மேயர் தலைமையில் துணை மேயர் மற்றும் 162 வார்டு உறுப்பினர்களால் ஆனது.[15] இதன் அன்றாட நிர்வாகம் இந்திய ஆட்சிப் பணி அதிகாரி தலைமையில் அதிகாரிகளால் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

புணே மாவட்டத்தின் நிர்வாகத் தலைமையிட நகரமான புனே மாநகராட்சியானது, புனே நகர்புற தாலுகாவின் பகுதிகளை உள்ளட்டக்கியது. புனே மாநகராட்சி காவல் துறை ஆணையாளராக இந்தியக் காவல் பணி அதிகாரி உள்ளார்.

சூலை 2017-இல் புனே நகரத்தைச் சுற்றியுள்ள 8.07 சதுர கிலோ மீட்டர் பரப்பளவு கொண்ட 11 கிராமப்புற பகுதிகளும், 2,78,000 மக்களும் புனே மாந்கராட்சியுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டது. தற்போது புனே மாநகராட்சி 331.26 சதுர கிலோ மீட்டர் பரப்பளவு கொண்டுள்ளது.[11][12]

நிர்வாகம்[தொகு]

புனே மாநகராட்சியின் ஆட்சி மன்றக் குழு மேயர் தலைமையிலும், அன்றாட நிர்வாகம் ஆணையாளர் தலைமையிலும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.[16][17]

நிர்வாக மண்டலங்கள்[தொகு]

162 வார்டுகள் கொண்ட புனே மாநகராட்சியின் நிர்வாக வசதிக்காக துணை ஆணையாளர் தலைமையில் 5 மண்டலங்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மண்டல அலுவலகத்தின் கீழ் மூன்று வார்டுக் குழு அலுவலகங்கள் உதவி இயக்குனர்கள் தலைமையில் செயல்படும்,[18][19] வார்டுக் குழு அலுவலகம் என்பது ஒன்று அல்லது அதற்கு மேற்ப்பட்ட வார்டுகளைக் கொண்டிருக்கும்.
