பால்கன் கழுதை
பால்கன் கழுதை (Balkan donkey) அல்லது மலை கழுதை, செருபிய மொழி: Domaći balkanski magarac, பால்கன் குடாவில் தோன்றிய கழுதையின் இனமாகும்.[1] இது செர்பியா மற்றும் மொண்டெனேகுரோவிலிருந்து வந்ததாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.[2]
சசாவிகா ரிசர்வ், ஸ்ரேம்ஸ்கா மிட்ரோவிகா, செர்பியாவில் உள்ள சுமார் 120 பால்கன் கழுதைகள் உலகின் மிக விலையுயர்ந்த பாலாடைக்கட்டியான, புல் சீஸ் தயார் செய்யப் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டது.[3][4]
