பாக்கித்தான் நாட்டு மொத்த மக்கள் தொகையில் 2% மட்டுமே இந்து சமயத்தவர் ஆவார்.[3] 1998ம் ஆண்டு மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பின்படி, பாகிஸ்தானில் இசுலாமிய சமயத்திற்கு அடுத்த பெரிய சமயம் இந்து சமயம் ஆகும்.[1][4][5] சிந்து மாகாணத்தில் மட்டும் அதிக அளவில் இந்துக்கள் வாழ்கின்றனர். [6] பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துக்கள் சிந்தி, சராய்கி, குஜராத்தி மற்றும் பஞ்சாபி மொழிகளை பேசுகின்றனர். [7][2]

மகாபாரத இதிகாச காலத்தில், தற்கால பாகிஸ்தானின் பெரும் பகுதிகள், இந்துக்களின் சிந்து இராச்சியம் மற்றும் சௌவீர இராச்சியங்கள் ஆண்டன.

பண்டைய வரலாற்றுக் காலத்தில், தற்கால பாகிஸ்தானின் பெரும் பகுதிகள், இந்துக்களின் குப்தப் பேரரசு போன்ற அரசுகள் ஆட்சி செலுத்தியது. பின்னர் இராய் வம்சத்தவர்கள் (கி பி 416 – 644), இந்து சாகி வம்சத்தவர்கள் (கி பி 500 – 1010/1026), பிராமண வம்சம் (கிபி 641 – 725) போன்ற இந்து அரச குலத்தினர் ஆண்டனர்.

மத்தியகால வரலாறு[தொகு]

மத்தியகால வரலாற்றில், பாகிஸ்தானின் பஞ்சாப் மற்றும் வடமேற்கு எல்லைப்புற மாகாணம் போன்ற பகுதிகளை மராத்தியப் பேரரசு மற்றும் சீக்கியப் பேரரசுகள் ஆண்டது.

மக்கள்தொகை பரம்பல்[தொகு]

1947ல் இந்தியப் பிரிவினைக்குப் பின்னர், புதிதாக நிறுவப்பட்ட பாகிஸ்தான் நாட்டின் மேற்கு பாகிஸ்தானிலிருந்து 4.7 மில்லியன் இந்து மற்றும் சீக்கிய மக்கள் இந்தியாவிற்கு புலம்பெயர்ந்தனர்.[8] 1998ம் ஆண்டின் மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பின்படி, பாகிஸ்தான் 2.5 மில்லியன் இந்து மக்கள் தொகை கொண்டிருந்தது.[9] சிந்து மாகாணத்தில் மிக அதிக அளவில் இந்துக்கள் வாழ்கின்றனர்.

1951ல் பாகிஸ்தானின் இந்து மக்கள் தொகையானது, மேற்கு பாகிஸ்தானில் 1.60% ஆகவும்; கிழக்கு பாகிஸ்தானில் 22.05% ஆக இருந்தது.[10] 1997ல் பாகிஸ்தான் மக்கள் தொகையில், இந்து மக்கள் தொகை 1.60% ஆக நீடித்தது.[11]

ஆனால் பாகிஸ்தானிலிருந்து பிரிந்த வங்காள தேசத்தில் இந்து மக்கள் தொகை 10.2% ஆக குறைந்தது. [12]

1998ம் ஆண்டின் பாகிஸ்தான் மக்கட்தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பின்படி, பாகிஸ்தான் மக்கள் தொகையில், இந்து மக்கள் தொகை 1.60% ஆக இருந்தது. சிந்து மாகாணத்தின் மக்கள் தொகையில் இந்துக்கள் 6.25% ஆக இருந்தனர்.[13]

1998ம் ஆண்டின் மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பின்படி, இந்து சமய மக்கள் தொகை 3 மில்லியனாக இருந்தது.

பாகிஸ்தானில் இறுதியாக நடைபெற்ற தேர்தலின் போது, தேர்தல் ஆணையத்தின் வாக்காளர் பட்டியலில் 1.49 மில்லியன் இந்து சமய வாக்காளர்கள் இருந்தனர். அவர்களில் 1.39 மில்லியன் வாக்காளர்கள் சிந்து மாகாணத்தில் இருந்தனர். [14]

இந்து சமயம் மற்றும் சுதந்திரம்[தொகு]

1947ல் பாகிஸ்தான் நாடு உருவான போது, பிணைக் கோட்பாடு கொள்கை முன்னிறுத்தப்பட்டது. அக்கோட்பாட்டின்படி, பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்து சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு, இந்தியாவில் வாழும் இசுலாமியர்களுக்கு அளிக்கப்படும் சிறுபான்மையினருக்கான சிறப்புத் தகுதிகள் போன்று, பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்து சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் என பாகிஸ்தானிய அரசு அறிவித்தது.[15][16]ஆனால் பாகிஸ்தானின் இரண்டாம் பிரதம அமைச்சர் குவாஜா நசிமுத்தீன், பிணைக் கோட்பாடு தத்துவத்தை ஏற்கவில்லை.[17][18][19]

சமய, சமூக மற்றும் அரசியல் நிறுவனங்கள்[தொகு]

இந்துக்கள் புனித நதியாகப் போற்றும் சிந்து ஆற்றில் குளித்து வழிபடுவதற்கு, ஆண்டுதோறும் பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துக்களுடன், இந்திய இந்துக்களும் சிந்து மாகாணம் மற்றும் பஞ்சாப் மாகாணங்களுக்குச் செல்வர். [21] [22]

கோயிலில் வழிபடும் இந்துக் குழந்தைகள்

1940ல் தற்கால இந்தியப் பகுதியின் வாழ்ந்த முஸ்லீம்கள் தாக்கப்படுவதை கண்டித்து, தற்கால பாகிஸ்தானிய பகுதிகளில் வாழ்ந்த பெரும்பாலான இந்துக்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டதுடன், இந்து சமய கோயில்களும் இடிக்கப்பட்டது.[23] கராச்சி இந்து ஜிம்கானா கிளப், பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துக்களின் சமூக நலனிற்கு பாடுபடுகிறது. இன்றும் கராச்சியில் உள்ள சில கோயில்களில் கராச்சி சுவாமி நாராயணன் கோயில், இந்துக்களின் புகழிடமாக உள்ளது.

பாகிஸ்தானின் மாநில சட்டமன்றங்கள், பாகிஸ்தான் தேசிய சபை (கீழவை), பாகிஸ்தான் செனட் சபை (மேலவை) ஆகியவைகளில் இந்துக்களுக்கு தனி இட ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பாகிஸ்தான் இந்து பஞ்சாயத்து, பாகிஸ்தான் இந்து சபை மற்றும் பாகிஸ்தானி இந்து நலச் சங்கம் போன்ற இந்து அமைப்புகள், பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துக்களின் சமூக, பொருளாதார, சமய முன்னேற்றங்களுக்கு செயல்படுகிறது.

பாகிஸ்தானிய அரசு அமைத்துள்ள சிறுபான்மையோர் ஆணையம், இந்துக்கள் உள்ளிட்ட சமயச் சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தினர் நலனில் அக்கறை கொண்டுள்ளது.

பிப்ரவரி 2016ல் சிந்து மாகாண சட்டமன்றத்தில், இந்து சமய திருமணச் சட்ட மசோதாவிற்கு ஒப்புதல் வழங்கப்பட்டது.[24] இத்திருமண சட்ட மசோதாவில் இந்து சமயத்தினரின் திருமணங்கள் பதிவு செய்தல், திருமண விலக்கு, ஆகியவற்றிக்கு சட்டபூர்வ தகுதி கிடைக்கிறது.[25]செப்டம்பர் 2016ல் பாகிஸ்தான் தேசிய சபையில் இந்து திருமணச் சட்ட மசோதா நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது. [26][27] பிப்ரவரி 2017ல் பாகிஸ்தான் மேலவையும் இந்து திருமணச் சட்ட மசோதா நிறைவேற்றியுள்ளது. [28] மார்ச் 2017ல் பாகிஸ்தானில் இந்து திருமணச் சட்டம் நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. [29]

இந்துகளுக்கு எதிரான பாகுபாடுகள்[தொகு]

சட்டமன்றம் மற்றும் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துக்களுக்கு 1999ம் ஆண்டு வரை தனி இட ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.[30] பின்னர் பெர்வேஸ் முசாரப் ஆட்சிக் காலத்தில், பாகிஸ்தானிய இந்துகளுக்கு தனி இட ஒதுக்கீடும், பொதுத்தொகுதிகளின் வேட்பாளரை தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் வகையில் இரட்டை வாக்குரிமை வழங்கப்பட்டது.[31]

இந்தியாவில் பாபர் மசூதி இடிப்பிற்கு பிறகு , பாகிஸ்தானில் உள்ள பெரும்பாலன இந்துக் கோயில்கள் இசுலாமிய தீவிரவாதக் கும்பல்களால் சிதைத்து அழிக்கப்பட்டது.[32] [33]
