பன்னாட்டு பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள் சங்கம் (International Union of Economists) என்பது உலகப் பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் ஓர் அரசு சாரா அமைப்பாகும்.[1][2] உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள 48 நாடுகளின் முக்கிய பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள், பயிற்சியாளர்கள், விஞ்ஞானிகள், அரசு அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பொது நபர்கள், வணிக சமூகத்தின் பிரதிநிதிகள், தேசிய மற்றும் பிராந்திய தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் மற்றும் பொருளாதார நிபுணர்களின் சங்கங்கள் போன்றவர்கள் இதன் அங்கத்தினர்களாக உள்ளனர்.[3][4] உருசியாவின் தலைநகரமான மாசுகோ நகரம் பன்னாட்டு பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள் சங்கத்தின் தலைமையிடமாகும். 1991 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிறுவப்பட்ட இச்சங்கம் 1999 ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் பொருளாதார மற்றும் சமூக சபையின் பொது ஆலோசனை தகுதியைப் பெற்றது.[5][6][7] இந்த அமைப்பு யுனெசுகோ மற்றும் ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் வர்த்தகம் மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு மாநாட்டுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு உருசிய அரசாங்கத்தின் ஆதரவைப் பெறுகிறது.[8][9]
கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளில், பன்னாட்டு பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள் சங்கமானது உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள பொருளாதார வல்லுனர்ககளை ஒரு திறந்த மற்றும் சுதந்திரமான அறிவுசார் தளமாக மாற அனுமதிக்கும் பயனுள்ள நிபுணர் ஈடுபாடு வடிவங்களை அடையாளம் கண்டுள்ளது. பன்னாட்டு பொருளாதார நிபுணர்கள் சங்கம் ஏற்பாடு செய்த முக்கிய நிகழ்வுகளில் ஒன்று அதன் உறுப்பினர் மாநாடு ஆகும். அமெரிக்கா, எசுபானியா, பிரான்சு, இசுரேல், ஆத்திரேலியா, குரோசியா, இயோர்டான், மெக்சிகோ, சீனா, பிரேசில், நார்வே, நியூசிலாந்து, தென்னாப்பிரிக்கா, இந்தோனேசியா, கியூபா, சைப்ரசு உட்பட உலகின் பல்வேறு நாடுகளில் 1992 முதல் இந்த மாநாடு நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
