நீலகிரி நீண்ட வால் மர சுண்டெலி (Nilgiri long-tailed tree mouse)^[3]^[4] என்றும் இந்திய நீண்ட வால் மர சுண்டெலி^[5] என்றும் நீலகிரி வாண்டெலூரியா (வாண்டெலுரியா நீலகிரிகா) அழைக்கப்படும் சுண்டெலியானது முரிடே^[2] குடும்பத்தினைச் சார்ந்த கொறி விலங்காகும். இந்த சுண்டெலியானது ஆசிய நீண்ட வால் ஏறும் சுண்டெலியின் ஒரு துணையினமா என்பது குறித்து சர்ச்சைகள் இருந்தபோதிலும், தற்போதைய கருத்தின்படி தனி சிற்றினமாக அறியப்படுகிறது.^[6] இது இந்தியாவில் காணப்படுகிறது.^[2]^[4]^[7]^[8]^[9]
