நியாமற்ற கைதும் தடுப்பும்
நியாயமற்ற கைதும் தடுப்பும் என்பது எந்தவித தகுந்த ஆதாரங்களும் இல்லாமல், தக்க சட்ட முறை இல்லாமல் ஒருவரைக் கைது செய்வதாகும். பெரும்பாலான மக்களாட்சி நாடுகளில் நியாயமற்ற கைதும் தடுப்பும் சட்டத்துக்கு புறம்பானது. இவை பெரும்பாலும் சர்வாதிகார அல்லது படைத்துறை ஆட்சியுடைய நாடுகளிலேயே நடைபெறுகிறது.[1][2][3]
