நந்திதா பால்செட்கர் (Nandita Palshetkar பிறப்பு 30 அக்டோபர் 1963) ஒரு மருத்துவ இயக்குனர் மற்றும் இந்தியாவில் வெளிச் சோதனை முறை கருக்கட்டல் & கருவுறாமை நிபுணர் ஆவார்.[1] இவர் 2019 இல் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மகப்பேறியல் மற்றும் மகளிர் மருத்துவ சங்கங்களின் கூட்டமைப்பின் (FOGSI) தலைவராக உள்ளார். இவர் அந்த அமைப்பின் முதல் துணைத் தலைவரும் ஆவார்.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]

இவர் ஃபோர்டிஸ் ப்ளூம் வெளிச் சோதனைக் கருவூட்டல் முறைமை மையங்கள் (புது டெல்லி, குர்கான், சண்டிகர், மும்பை), லீலாவதி மருத்துவமனை மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி மையம் மும்பை,[10] பால்செட்கர் பாட்டில் நர்சிங் ஹோம் மும்பை, DY பாட்டீல் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரி, சக்ரா உலக மருத்துவமனை பெங்களூரு மற்றும் இந்தியாவில் எட்டு வெளிச் சோதனைக் கருவூட்டல் முறைமை மையங்களில் வெளிச் சோதனை முறை கருக்கட்டல் மற்றும் கருவுறாமை இயக்குநராக உள்ளார்.[11][12]

மருத்துவர் நந்திதா பால்செட்கர், 1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள பல்வேறு நிகழ்வுகள், மருத்துவமனைகள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ நிறுவனங்களில் கௌரவ பேச்சாளராகவும் ஆசிரியராகவும் உள்ளார்.[13][14][15][16]

கல்வி வாழ்க்கை[தொகு]

நந்திதா பால்செட்கர், மும்பையில் உள்ள ஹில் கிரேஞ்ச் உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளியில் தனது பள்ளிப்படிப்பை முடித்தார். இவர் கற்றலில் முதல்தர மாணவியாக இருந்தார்,மற்றும் தடகளத்தில் மிகுந்த ஆர்வம் கொண்டவர் மற்றும் பள்ளியில் சிறந்த விளையாட்டு வீரர் விருதை வென்றார். இவர் மும்பை கிராண்ட் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரியில் எம்பிபிஎஸ் மற்றும் எம்.டி பட்டம் பெற்றார்.

நந்திதா பால்செட்கர், பட்டீல் குடும்பத்தில் 1963 ஆம் ஆண்டில் பிறந்தார். இவரது தந்தை டிஒய் பாட்டீல் தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியில் இருந்து பீகார் மற்றும் மேற்கு வங்காளத்தின் ஆளுநராக இருந்தார்.

இவரது முதுகலை பட்டத்திற்குப் பிறகு, பெல்ஜியத்தின் கென்ட் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் ,ஆல்ஃபா ஸ்கூல் ஆஃப் எம்பிரியாலஜி நேபிள்ஸ், ஓவன்ரியன் டிஸ்யூ ஃப்ரீஸிங் கோபன்ஹேகன், டென்மார்க்கில் வெளிச் சோதனைக் கருசவூட்டல் முறை மற்றும் நுண்ணியக்கு முறை மற்றும் பிஜிடி ஆகியவற்றில் மேலும் நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்றார், இவர் தனது நிபுணத்துவத்தின் போது வெளிச் சோதனைக் கருவூட்டல் முறைமை மற்றும் கருவுறாமை பற்றிய பல்வேறு தலைப்புகளில் ஆராய்ச்சி செய்தார்.[17] இவரது ஆராய்ச்சியில் கரு பரிமாற்றமும் அடங்கும்.[18][19]

நந்திதா பால்செட்கர், ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 9 ஆம் தேதி கர்ப்பிணிப் பெண்களுக்கு நிலையான நாள் உறுதி, விரிவான மற்றும் தரமான மகப்பேறுப் பராமரிப்பை வழங்குவதற்காக இந்திய அரசின் சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் குடும்ப நல அமைச்சகம் (MoHFW) தொடங்கிய பிரதான் மந்திரி சுரக்ஷித் மாத்ரித்வா அபியானில் தீவிரமாக ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார்.[20]

நந்திதா பால்செட்கர், 2017 ' ஆம் ஆண்டில் கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட ஷீ'ஸ் அம்பாசிடர்' எனும்திட்ட முன்முயற்சியை ஆதரித்தார், இது தலைமைத்துவ திறன்களை வளர்க்கவும், சிறுமிகளுக்கு சுகாதார விழிப்புணர்வை அதிகரிப்பதனை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டது. இந்தத் திட்டம் மும்பை முழுவதும் உள்ள 50 பள்ளிகளைச் சேர்ந்த 50,000 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சிறுமிகளை தங்களுக்குள்ளும் தங்கள் சமூகத்தினரிடமும் மாற்றத்தைக் கொண்டுவரவும், மற்றவர்களுக்கு "சுகாதார தூதர்களாக" செயல்படவும் ஊக்கமளித்துள்ளது.[21][22][23]
