தோடாய் புதர் தவளை (Raorchestes thodai-ரோர்செசுடசு தோடாய் ) என்பது இந்தியாவில் தமிழ்நாட்டின் மேற்குத் தொடர்ச்சி மலையில் நீலகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள ஊட்டியில் காணப்படும் ரோர்செசுடசு பேரினத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தவளை சிற்றினமாகும்.^[1] இப்பகுதியில் வசிக்கும் தோடா பழங்குடியினரின் நினைவாக இந்த சிற்றினம் பெயரிடப்பட்டது. மேற்குத் தொடர்ச்சி மலைப் பகுதியில் 2011ஆம் ஆண்டு விவரிக்கப்பட்ட ஒன்பது தவளைச் சிற்றினங்களுள் இதுவும் ஒன்று.^[2]
