ஜாப்பா மாவட்டம் (Jhapa District) (நேபாளி: झापा जिल्लाListen ) நேபாள நாட்டின் கிழக்கு பிராந்தியத்தின், மேச்சி மண்டலத்தின் தராய் சமவெளியில் மாநில எண் 1-இல் அமைந்துள்ளது. இம்மாவட்டத் தலைமையிட நகரம் பத்திரப்பூர் ஆகும். இதன் மற்றொரு நகரம் மேச்சிநகர் ஆகும்.
