எண்குறி முறைமை அல்லது எண்ணுரு முறைமை (numeral system) (அல்லது எண்ணும் முறைமை (system of numeration)) என்பது எண்களைக் குறிப்பிட பயன்படுத்தும் எழுதும் முறைமையைக் குறிக்கும். அதாவது, இது ஒரு ஒருங்கிணைவாக குறிப்பிட்ட எண்களின் கணத்தை எண்ணிலக்கத்தாலோ அல்லது வேறு குறியீடுகளாலோ குறிக்கும் கணிதக் குறிமானம் ஆகும். "11" இன் குறியீடுகள் இரும இலக்க முறைமையில் மூன்று எனும் எண்ணையும் பதின்ம இலக்க முறைமையில் பதினொன்றையும் அல்லது வேறு முழு எண்ணல்லாத அடிமானங்களில் வேறு எண்ணையோ குறிப்பதாக விளக்கலாம்.
