சிந்துவின் தார் பாலைவனம்
சிந்துவின் தார் பாலைவனம் (Thar Desert of Sindh), பாகிஸ்தான் நாட்டின் சிந்து மாகாணத்தின் தென்கிழக்கில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இது இந்தியாவின் தார் பாலைவனத்தின் நீட்சியாகும்.[1][2]தார் பாலைவனத்தின் சூழலியலே சிந்துவின் தார் பாலைவனத்திலும் காணப்படுகிறது. இங்கு ஆண்டின் சராசரி மழைப்பொழிவு 127.5 மிமீ ஆகும். நிலத்தடி நீர் உப்பு கரிக்கிறது. மழைக்காலங்களில் நிலத்தடி குளம் மற்றும் ஏரிகளில் நீர் சேமிக்கப்படுகிறது.[3]சிந்துவின் தார் பாலைவனத்தில் இந்துக்கள் 62% மற்றும் இசுலாமியர்கள் 38% மக்கள் வாழ்கின்றனர்.
