குறுவால் பூனை (ஆங்கிலப் பெயர்: Bobcat, உயிரியல் பெயர்: Lynx rufus) என்பது ஒரு வகைக் காட்டுப் பூனை ஆகும். இது வட அமெரிக்காவில் காணப்படுகிறது. இது வீட்டுப் பூனையைப் போல் இரு மடங்கு அளவு இருக்கும்.
வளர்ந்த பூனை 47.5-125 செ.மீ. (18.7-49.2 அங்குலம்) நீளம் இருக்கும். சராசரியாக 82.7 செ.மீ. (32.6 அங்குலம்) நீளம் இருக்கும்; வால் ஆனது 9-20 செ.மீ. (3.5-7.9 அங்குலம்) நீளம் இருக்கும்.[3][3] கருமணி வட்டமாக, கருவளையங்களுடன், ஒளி குறைவான் நேரங்களில் விரிந்து அகலமாகக் காணப்படும்.[4][5][6][7][8] தோள்கள் 30-60 செ.மீ. (12-24 அங்குலம்) உயரம் இருக்கும். வளர்ந்த ஆண்கள் 6.4-18.3 கி.கி. எடை இருக்கும். சராசரியாக 9.6 கி.கி. எடை இருக்கும். பெண்கள் 4-15.3 கி.கி. எடை இருக்கும். சராசரியாக 6.8 கி.கி. இருக்கும். சாதனை எடையாக ஒரு பூனை 22.2 கி.கி. இருந்துள்ளது. இவற்றின் பின்னங்கால்கள் நீளமாக உள்ளன.
