கிழக்கு நடுநிலம் (Eastern Mediterranean) என்பது புவியியல் ரீதியாக நடுநிலக் கடலின் கிழக்கேயுள்ள நாடுகளைக் குறிக்கும். இப்பகுதி பின்வரும் இரண்டு வகைகளில் குறிக்கப்படுகிறது:
