கருப்பு பிகா அல்லது வெள்ளி பிகா (Ochotona nigritia) என்பது ஓகோடோனிடே குடும்பத்தில் உள்ள பாலூட்டி இனமாகும். இது 2000 ஆண்டில் சீனாவின் யுன்னான் மாகாணத்தில் முதன்முதலாக கண்டறியப்பட்டது. [2] இதன் நான்கு மாதிரிகள் மட்டுமே அறியப்பட்டுள்ளது.
உடல் முழுவதும் கருநிற முடிகள் கொண்ட இவை முயலினத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவை. அளவில் சிறியனவான இந்த பிகாக்களை எலி முயல் என்றும் அழைக்கின்றனர்.
இயற்கைக்கான உலகளவிய நிதியத்தைச் (டபிள்யூ.டபிள்யூ.எப்) சேர்ந்த இந்திய ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் 2011 இல் இந்தியாவின் , அருணாச்சலப் பிரதேசத்தின், மேற்கு காமெங் மாவட்ட மலைப்பகுதிகளில் 13,000 அடி உயரத்தில் இரண்டு கருப்பு பிகாக்களை பதிவு செய்தனர். [3]
இது மிக அரிதாகவே காணப்படுகிறது. நடு சீனாவில் உள்ள ஆறு பிகா இனங்களில் ஒன்றான இது அகணிய உயிரியாகும். இதன் உண்மையாண எண்ணிக்கை குறித்த கணக்கெடுப்புகள் ஏதும் இல்லை. [4] [a]
