ஆண்டர்சன் மலை ஓணான் என்பது ஜபாலுரா ஆண்டர்சோனியா (Japalura andersoniana) அகாமிடே குடும்பத்தில் ஜபாலுரா பேரினப் பல்லி சிற்றினமாகும். இந்தச் சிற்றினம் தெற்கு ஆசியாவினைத் தாயகமாகக் கொண்டது.
சொற்பிறப்பியல்
[தொகு]இசுக்கொட்லாந்தின் விலங்கியல் நிபுணர் ஜான் ஆண்டர்சன் நினைவாக இந்த சிற்றினப் பெயர் ஆண்டர்சோனியா என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.[1]
புவியியல் வரம்பு
[தொகு]ஜ. ஆண்டர்சோனியா கிழக்கு இந்தியாவிலும், முன்பு திபெத் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்ட தென்மேற்கு சீனா பகுதியிலும் காணப்படுகிறது.[2]
விளக்கம்
[தொகு]ஜ. ஆண்டர்சோனியாவின் உடல் நீளம் 16 செ.மீ. வரை வளரக்கூடியது. இது முதுகுப்புறத்திலிருந்து வயிற்றுப்புறமாக பழுப்பு நிறத்தில் காணப்படும். ஆண் ஓணான் மஞ்சள் நிற அலைதாடியினைக் கொண்டிருக்கும்.[3]
