அயர்லாந்து ஓரினச்சேர்க்கை மருத்துவர்கள் (Gay Doctors Ireland) என்பது அயர்லாந்தில் உள்ள நம்பி, நங்கை, ஈரர், மற்றும் திருனர் மருத்துவர்கள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ மாணவர்களின் அமைப்பாகும். 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டு அயர்லாந்து நாட்டின் டப்ளின் நகரத்தில் கோனார் மலோன் என்பவரால் அயர்லாந்தின் முதல் நம்பி, நங்கை, ஈரர், மற்றும் திருனர் மருத்துவர்களுக்கான சங்கமாக நிறுவப்பட்டது.[1][2]

[தொகு]நம்பி, நங்கை, ஈரர், மற்றும் திருனர் மருத்துவர்கள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்வி, தொழில்முறை மற்றும் சமூக ஆதரவு வலையமைப்பை வழங்குவதற்காக அயர்லாந்து ஓரினச்சேர்க்கை மருத்துவர்கள் அமைப்பு உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. குழுவின் தொடக்க வருடாந்திர பொதுக் கூட்டத்தில் ஆர்வார்டு பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் மருத்துவர் இயெசி எக்ரென்ஃபெல்ட்டு கலந்து கொண்டார்.[1][3][4]
ஓரினச்சேர்க்கையாளர்கள் இரத்த தானம் செய்வதற்கு ஐரிசு இரத்தமாற்ற சேவை சர்ச்சைக்குரிய தடையை விதித்தது இந்தக் குழுவால் பேசப்பட்ட பிரச்சினைகளில் ஒன்றாக அமைந்தது. இத்தகைய கொள்கைகள் ஓரினச்சேர்க்கையாளர்களை களங்கப்படுத்துவதாகவும், அரசாங்கத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் ஓரினச்சேர்க்கை வெறுப்பின் ஒரு வடிவமாகவும் இருப்பதாகவும் அயர்லாந்து ஓரினச்சேர்க்கை மருத்துவர்கள் அமைப்பு வாதிட்டது.[5][6] திருநங்கை நோயாளிகளுக்கு அறுவை சிகிச்சையை மறுத்த துணை பிரையன் வால்சின் முயற்சிகளையும் இவ்வமைப்பு 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் மாதத்தில் விமர்சித்தது.[7][8]
2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் மாதத்தில் அயர்லாந்து ஓரினச்சேர்க்கை மருத்துவர்கள் அமைப்பு மருத்துவ மாணவர்களுக்கான வருடாந்திர நம்பி, நங்கை, ஈரர், மற்றும் திருனர் சுகாதார ஆராய்ச்சி உதவித்தொகையை அறிவித்தது. இத்தகைய உதவித் தொகை அயர்லாந்தில் வழங்கப்படுவது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும். அயர்லாந்தில் இளங்கலை மருத்துவ மாணவர்கள் நம்பி, நங்கை, ஈரர், மற்றும் திருனர் மருத்துவர்களின் ஆரோக்கியத்தை மையமாகக் கொண்ட கோடைகால ஆராய்ச்சி திட்டத்தை மேற்கொள்ள நிதியுதவி செய்வது இதன் நோக்கமாகும்.[9]
