கொரோனா வைரஸ் நோய் 2019 (Coronavirus disease 2019) (சுருக்கமாக கோவிட்-19 (COVID-19) என்பது கடுமையான தீவிர சுவாசத் தொகுதி கொரோனா வைரஸ் 2 (SARS-CoV-2) மூலம் ஏற்படும் ஒரு தொற்றுநோய் ஆகும். முதன் முதலில் இது சீனாவின் ஊகான் பகுதியில் திசம்பர் 2019 இல் கண்டறியப்பட்டது.[7] இந்நோய் உலகளவில் பரவி கோவிட்-19 பெருந்தொற்று என மாறியது.[8]
