உரால் மலைகள் அல்லது யூரல் மலைகள் (Ural Mountains, ரஷ்ய மொழி:Ура́льские го́ры, உரால்ஸ்கியே கோரி) என்பன ரஷ்யாவின் வடக்கு மற்றும் தெற்கு பகுதிகளூடாக மேற்கு வரை பரந்திருக்கும் மலைத்தொடர் ஆகும். இவை ஐரோப்பாவையும் ஆசியாவையும் பிரிக்கும் மலைகள் எனவும் அறியப்படுகிறது.

உரால் என்பது உராலியப் பழங்குடிகளின் பெயரால் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. இவர்கள் முன்னர் ஆசியாவின் வடக்குப் பகுதியில் வாழ்ந்தவர்கள். உராலியர்கள் பொதுவாக வேட்டையாடுபவர்கள். எனினும், இப்பகுதியின் வளக்குறைவினால் இவர்கள் ஆசியாவின் ஏனைய பகுதிகளுக்கு கட்டாயமாக இடம்பெயர நேரிட்டது.
