எம்மன்டல் (Emmental) சுவிச்சர்லாந்தை சேர்ந்த பாலாடைக்கட்டி வகை. இது வட அமெரிக்கா, ஆஸ்திரேலியா மற்றும் நியூசிலாந்து ஆகிய இடங்களில் சுவிஸ் பாலாடைக்கட்டி (Swiss Cheese) என்று பொதுவாக அறியப்படுகிறது. ஆனால் அனைத்து சுவிஸ் பாலாடைக்கட்டிகளும் எம்மன்டல் வகையைச் சேர்ந்தவை அல்ல. இப்பாலாடைக்கட்டி சுவிட்சர்லாந்தின் பெர்ன் காண்டனின் (மாநிலம்) எம்மே பள்ளத்தாக்கில் முதலில் செய்யப்பட்டன.[1][2][3]
