செருமானிய ஒருங்கிணைப்பு

செருமானிய ஒருங்கிணைப்பு (unification of Germany) என்பது, 19 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டிலே 1871 ஆம் ஆண்டு சனவரி 18 ஆம் தேதி, பிரான்சில் உள்ள வெர்சாய் அரண்மனையில் அரசியல் அடிப்படையிலும், நிர்வாக அடிப்படையிலும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த செருமன் தேசிய அரசு உருவானதைக் குறிக்கும். பிரெஞ்சு-பிரசியப் போரில் பிரான்சு தோல்வியுற்றதைத் தொடர்ந்து, இங்கு கூடிய செருமானிய அரசுகளின் இளவரசர்கள் பிரசியாவின் வில்லியமை செருமன் பேரரசின் பேரரசராக அறிவித்தனர். ஆனால் அதிகார பூர்வமற்ற வகையில் பெரும்பாலான செருமன் மொழி பேசும் மக்களுடைய நாடுகளின் கூட்டமைப்புக்கான மாற்றம் முன்னரே ஏற்பட்டுவிட்டது. இந்த மாற்றம் பிரபுக்கள் தமிடையே எற்படுத்திக்கொண்ட முறையானதும், முறை சாராததுமான பல்வேறு கூட்டணிகளூடாக உருவானது. ஆனாலும், சில தரப்பினரின் தனிப்பட்ட விருப்பு வெறுப்புகள் காரணமாக கூட்டிணைப்பு முயற்சி நீண்டகாலமாகத் தடைப்பட்டிருந்தது.

இந்த ஒருங்கிணைப்பு, புதிய நாட்டின் குடிமக்களிடையே இருந்த பல்வேறு மத, மொழி, சமூக, பண்பாட்டு வேறுபாடுகளை வெளிக்கொணரலாயிற்று. இதனால், 1871 ஆம் ஆண்டானது பெரிய ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்கான தொடர் முயற்சிகளின் ஒரு கட்டத்தையே குறித்து நின்றது எனலாம்.
